From a two-person market stall in Brisbane serving fresh hand made gnocchi, to opening Australia’s First 100% dedicated Italian Gnoccheria in Paddington, to establishing a chain of busy Gnoccherias, Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers are absolutely dedicated in their pursuit of serving you seriously good gnocchi.

Co-Founders, Ben Cleary-Corradini and Theo Roduner share a true passion for authentic Italian cuisine and believe that everyone should be able to appreciate the satisfaction experienced when they enjoy a delicious dish of their home style gnocchi with family and friends.

Our Ingredients

Since selling their first dish of gnocchi at Brisbane’s farmers market, the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have grown to now have a dedicated gnocchi and sauce production facility, which they affectionately call their ‘Gnocchi Love Factory’.

Here on a daily basis, the brothers use the finest fresh local pro- duce, to create delicious light and fluffy potato gnocchi and
quality traditional sauces cooked using ‘old school’ methods fol- lowing their secret family recipes.

At each Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers ‘Gnoccheria’ you can expect to be warmly welcomed by dedicated and passionate staff before enjoying either a quick bite, grabbing a fast convenient take away, ordering your gnocchi for home delivery, or dining in with a nice glass of vino in a fun Italian atmosphere.
