Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- Employees of Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must have access to a valid email address to receive winner notification.
- Winner will be announced verbally at our 10 year celebration. Winner does not have to be in attendance. They will be emailed and announced on socials.
Each entrant must download the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers App, create an account, and place an order of $25 or more using the promotional code “VESPA”. Orders under $25 or without the code applied will not be considered valid entries
Promotion Period
- The competition starts Wednesday, 15 October 2025 at 12:00AM AEST and ends Wednesday, 5 November 2025 at 12:00AM AEST (“Promotion Period”).
- Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Download the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers App and create an account;
- Place an order of $25 or more through the app;
- Apply the promotional code “VESPA” during checkout.
Each eligible order using the code “VESPA” counts as one (1) entry into the draw.
Prize
- The prize is one (1) Benzina Zero Vasto Electric Moped (White) featuring Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers branding, valued at $4,450 + GST.
- Prize value includes all on-road costs and GST.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
Draw and Winner Notification
- The winner will be drawn at random using a verified computer randomiser at the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers South Bank store during our 10-Year Birthday Event.
- Draw date: [November 5th 2025].
- The winner will be announced verbally at the event, emailed using the address linked to their app account, and announced on Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers’ official social media channels.
- The winner must respond to the email notification within 48 hours to claim the prize.
Unclaimed Prize
- If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be redrawn using the same random draw process.
- The original winner will be excluded from the redraw.
Verification
- The winner must provide proof of identity that matches the email address associated with their Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers App account.
- Failure to provide sufficient verification may result in disqualification and redraw.
Privacy
- Personal information provided for this competition will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with our App Privacy Policy.
- Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the competition or comply with legal obligations.
General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or communications.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
