Sicilian Ricotta Cannolo
A favourite Italian sweet originating from Sicily. Our cannoli are made with fresh locally produced ricotta cheese which is mixed with just a small amount of vanilla cream and lemon zest. The cannolo shell we use is encrusted with milk chocolate for extra decadence. Once filled with the fresh ricotta mix it is finished with a delightful sprinkle of crushed almonds and walnuts.
